Hi, folks - Welcome to our first devblog here on Itch.io!  

Since the earliest days of the Peace Island project, we have felt a special affinity for Itch.io, as it is a service that is particularly welcoming to independent games made by niche studios such as ours.

Peace Island began development in the late months of 2017. Initially it was just two people working on the game in whatever moments they could spare away from their full-time jobs.  After 19 months, they were lucky enough to gain enough financing through crowdfunding to expand the initial concept into a full game.

While we have come a long way, there is still a ways to go until the game is completed.  We would ask those who are interested in supporting the Peace Island project to check out our Patreon:
